      Charles had helped my wife and I throughout our two year, first home search. He was extremely communicative, knowledgeable and helpful with a ton of advice. We weren't exactly sure what to expect during the closing process, but we definitely didn't expect it to be as simple and quick as it was. Charles helped make ease the process to make the purchase as stress free as I imagine one can be when buying a new home. Would and will definitely use again for any future mortgage endeavors and would strongly encourage anyone else to do the same.

      I recently had a client that was working with an out of state lender. The contract was executed on 5/6 with a closing date on or before 6/14. The lender told us in early June that the appraisal would not be until the first week of August. My client moved over to The McCulloch Mortgage Team on 6/10 and we closed on 7/2.
