Excellent customer service. Got my banking card retained by other's bank ATM on Friday after 6 p.m., went to the Medford branch next day and got the card replacement in less then fifteen minutes. Michni (branch manager) was very helpful.

What can I say I just love this branch. The employees are really professional here. Michni the branch manager is awesome and gets back to you quickly. She makes the loan process smooth and she makes sure you are aware of any options. I’ve worked with Justin in the past too and he was great as well. This is a great credit union with amazing employees. If you want great service that is efficient please go to this branch!

Ive been a member of this bank for years. I had an issue earlier today with my online banking and happened to speak with a very well spoken woman named Penny. She helped me out with all i needed, answered all my questions, and took care of me in a timely manner. I will continue to bank with this credit union as long as this service continues. thank you penny and MPCU
