  Mentor USA contacted me and was able to assist me in handling my student loans. At first I was excited that there was help out there for this, but I did end up having more questions. I was able to reach back out to them and got in contact with Michelle who was very knowledgeable and professional. She took the time to describe their services more in depth and further educated me about my student loans. It was very helpful to be able to understand what I would need to plan for in the future and how to handle the amount of debit I collected. I am very happy with the customer care and knowledge they have provided. I would recommend their services.

  Do not use them, it's a scam and they have hidden monthly fees that they take out of your account.

  DONT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION!!! I was contacted by there 855 area code phone number and asked for all this I formation. When I asked the lady how can I verify that this company isn’t a scam she got defensive & referred me to The better business bureau, which they have not been accredited for yet. She did not have an answer. I started researching and she said she would call me back in 10 min, never got a call back. After research into articles on loan scams I saw that a lot of them promote LOAN FORGIVENESS. This is a red flag because even teachers who work 10 years in underprivileged schools don’t get loans forgiven at a staggering rate 98% denials. After reading the google, BBB & Readit reviews of this company I have concluded that this is either a shady company or a scam. Don’t be fooled, don’t give out ur information, & do your do diligence by doing research!!! -cheers
