  My experience with Graham Smith and Merchant Card Advisors has been truly AMAZING. Graham has been SUPER responsive throughout our relationship. I had run into some very costly issues dealing with another processor who took $40k of our startup capital, turned us off 1 week before Christmas, and almost killed our startup business altogether. Graham was our white night who called me back within hours of our plea for help to multiple different processors. He was professional and promised to get me taken care of. He not only got me a great processor, but had me up and running before a critical holiday sales weekend. He then called the next morning to congratulate me on a great weekend of sales. He is a real pro. But it doesn't stop there. I know I am gushing a bit, but he stays in touch. He monitors our account and our progress. He checks in with our processor and calls us to give us updates on progress items. He takes my calls day & night with professionalism and results. I would HIGHLY recommend Graham Smith and Merchant Card Advisors to EVERYONE looking to find a good partner in this business (hard to do). Good people are still out there to help you, Graham is one of those good people. Call him and he WILL take good care of you.

  Graham Smith and Merchant Card Advisors should be the example for all others in the industry to take note of and follow. There are many unknown pitfalls that you must avoid in choosing a merchant processor and literally one misstep can cost you thousands of dollars...if not worse. Unlike my past experiences over the last 12+ years in working with various processors to handle transactions for my business, Graham and Merchant Card Advisors quickly identified numerous cost-saving and "smart" benefits when matching me with the perfect merchant provider. The most impressive part in dealing with MCA is the absolute personal touch and 1 on 1 availability that I continue to receive as a client. Frankly, I can't imagine having a better experience. Bluntly, I couldn't in good conscious, ever recommend anyone else. They are THAT good. All too often, we only hear negative reviews about miscues and hiccups. In the case of Graham and Merchant Card Advisors, I'm happy to be able to share good stuff...A LOT of it!

  Merchant Card Advisors are very professional and knowledgeable of cost cutting within all aspects of business transactions where most other/bigger companies have taken advantage of newer business practices companies like my own aren't aware of…or are misled in the small print. We didn’t know how much we were spending and on what until they looked at our existing contract and pointed out the loopholes while also explaining the nature of the industry. They exceeded their own projections and will continue to be a definite recommendation -Lucas H.
