  Seriously, I am grateful for the refinance on my vehicle, Mr. Persinger {Mike from Autopay) was an excellent service guide to get me to you MCU.. but there has been no response to my other questions. So here is my list : can i use the Walmart services counter to make my new payments ? what account number would i need etc., to make those payments thru Walmart's service counter. I have a first payment due on 06-20-2022. Lastly do i need to make a May payment to my original loan company with the original amount are not.. this affects my credit so yes I am asking for a defined answer.. yesterday. (grace period) ? For the moment that is about it. I await your response/s. You got the 5 stars because (why not) was in affect... hint, so take it as good humor please. I hope the future is well. James M.

  I recently refinanced my car through Meritrust CU earlier this year. Theo process was seamless. I sold the vehicle last week at a premium before make my first refi-payment. I called to ensure my banking info was removed earlier today - as I purchased a new car and financed through Toyota Finance. I spoke with James at Meritrust today for assistance with the removal of my banking information - due to Toyota paying off the Meritrust loan any day now. I will say - the 54 minute on hold time was frustrating. I was able to perform my job requirements during that time without interruption while I waited on a Meritrust rep to answer my call. Thank you James for the awesome level of customer service. If I ever need financing again outside of Toyota - I will definitely contact Meritrust.
