Only get three stars because they don't open on Saturdays anymore, that was the only time I can go in and do any financial business with them very ,frustrating!!

Phone prompting is ridiculous. Always ends up at the call center with too much wait time. We have made some improvements to make your life better HAH. Wasting my time. I can drive to the branch faster.
