      I recently did refinance my home loan for the first time. I heard so many scary and agonizing stories from my friends about their refinance process from other Banks/vendors. So I was obviously bracing for a long and stressful process ahead. I reached out to Srikanth and it was the best experience I had. From the time I first contacted Srikanth till closing my Loan, it only took just 3 weeks. He and Sruthi from Reli-trust are awesome and guided me through the process and all the required documents. Even though, I was initially expected to get 2.375% for 15-yr, Srikanth was able to obtain even better rate (2.25%) for me. I never even had to leave my home for signing any documents or Title registration. They were able to get a notary from Title company come to my house and got all the documents signed. I highly recommend Srikanth and Reli-trust, if you are either looking for a new loan or refinance
