      A few months ago this would have been a 5 star review. But everyone needs to know about the underhanded tactics at the Metairie bank on west esplanade. First off my wife and I had opened up a savings to compliment our checking account. Well a few months ago the employee Jeremy informed us that we had violated our savings agreement. This came after we did this for the second mont of violation. We never revived one for one month. Well I had a very uncomfortable conversation about not exceeding the amount of transfers for month three. I asked questions as we also had overdraft protection and Jeremy said that overdraft transfers did not count but alas we were notified that they were. The misinformation that we were told has not made us switch banks completely. I will try to reach out to their corporate office but I don’t have faith that this will come up on everything.
