      Worst service I’ve ever seen! Been lied to by one of the tellers regarding overdraft protection laws. I told her I didn’t want overdraft on my account that if their are no funds I want it declined been told 3 times but the teller Ana that it was not possible also I called to freeze an account because the person was in a coma.. got charges on the account of $100 and overdraft fees of $500 when we were told the account was frozen till the person comes out of the coma. Meaning nothing would go in and out but they lied.. went to the Chelsea branch to figure it out and they gave me a paper told me to figure it out myself. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!
