  Have done business here in the past and had good experiences. Today however I was only offered 2% rather than 35% of the spot price, then they tried to completely ignore the fact the piece has several diamonds in it. Gold is on the high end today, very high actually, first they denied this, which is just insulting to my intelligence! Anyone can look up the market rate and most of us can do basic math. *Update Response This business has responded, denying the facts. At the time I wrote the original review I had the numbers offered and price point on market, unfortunately that was over a year ago and I no longer have that proof. However I'm NOT mistaken and I was accurate in my review and claim. Please do not try and suggest I've made a mistake when I know what was offered and what the market rate was. I do not gain anything from these reviews and am as honest as possible before I write. It insults mine and readers intelligence to say it didn't happen when there is obviously no reason here for dishonesty on my part, it doesn't reflect well on you. With regards~

  Im sorry but there is some sort of miss understanding. We have never offered 2% or even 35% of spot prices. We pay 75% to 90% of spot depending on the items and the amount of the items sold. We pay on diamonds and will pay more than spot if the items are re-saleable condition.
