I wanted to hire them and I was told to drop off my paperwork, which I did. They were very busy and shooed me out the door without getting my contact information(I admit I should have asked about this). But I assumed they already had that info because my father was a client and they had met with me after my father's death. I assumed incorrectly and nearly missed tax day because of the mistake. They also refused to help me with my extension(on tax day) because they were too busy. Not very professional.
