  Michael Anthony St. Claire (Mike) of Absolute Home Mortgage was extremely professional, a wealth of knowledge and super friendly. This level of attention and customer experience is truly spectacular. The loan process is a stressful one and for the majority, one that most folks are not really informed about, which adds to the uncertainty. Mike makes this process seamless, he is always available, willing to spend time and answer all your questions (no matter how dumb they may seem feel or seem). He does so very patiently and more importantly without all the financial jargon that gets folks lost or confused, hence nervous. Mike's videos he sends before each step to educate the consumer are a level up on the customer experience and both educate and give comfort on what is happening next. Mike is honest, super friendly and a master of this trade and his business. He absolutely uses his expertise to help his clients get the best rates, coverage, and the most out of what your financial goals are. This sets him apart well above the majority, in fact, speaking from experience, he is a hidden gem in that sense. Mike 1000% has earned my trust and I will be recommending and using him personally going forward. My net result, Mike saved me a TON of money and watched the market to get me an awesome rate. Never pushy to close, more the opposite, to be patient and play the long game for the best results, which was his advise and as the SME, I took it.   It is already the third time I am benefited by Michael’s services. I refi my house twice and bought another one with Michael. He is very thorough, always kept me very well informed and had genuine interest in getting me the best deal possible.he is very upfront and has the client’s best interest in mind. He is smart and delivers good service - which in turn brings him more service. I highly recommend Michael if you are looking on either refinancing your home or a straight out purchase. I know most people are wary about recommendations, but this one I vouch for! Great job, Michael !!!!
