  Michael Buccella is an excellent Mortgage lender. I have worked with Michael twice now, first on a home refinance and recently on a home purchase. Deals in two different states. Michael is always professional and goes above and beyond to overcome any bumps in the road. Michael communicates extremely well and kept me updated every step of the way. Financing a home can be challenging, but Michael never wavered and saw the deal close after an exhausting 4 and a half months. Michael has earned my trust and respect. I wholeheartedly recommend Michael for any home finance needs, he will not let you down!

  My wife and I recently worked with Michael Buccella on a mortgage for our first home. As first-time homebuyers, we were new to the process and had a lot of questions. From pre-approval to closing, Michael was great to work with - he was knowledgeable, approachable, easily contactable and, most importantly, extremely transparent with us throughout the process. In Sacramento’s competitive housing market, choosing a Loan Officer able to close fast was important to us. Michael certainly delivered in this regard and worked tirelessly to finalize our loan in a short close of ESCROW timeline. We would definitely recommend working with Michael.

  I highly recommend Michael for your mortgage needs. He helped my wife and I understand every step of the loan process and clearly has a wealth of knowledge for his profession. We have used Michael for our initial home loan and our refinance and we feel like we had the best rate and the best experience after both scenarios. He will shop your rate to the best of his ability and is always available (I know I wouldn't have had the same communication line with a bank). Couldn't be happier with Michael as our loan officer and will keep utilizing him and recommending him in the future.
