Asked for a review of a document 3 weeks ago...after following up consistently every couple days. Mr. Gaddis was unable to even get back to me via email or phone. Was also in the market for a home but w the lack of follow up I will have to look for assistance elsewhere. Couldn't recommend Mr Gaddis although his receptionist is very nice and delivered all of his messages.

We were in the process of making an offer on a house with a different agent but had some concerns as our agent happened to be the selling agent as well. It was a Friday evening and we decided to have someone review the offer before making it official. We called Michael's office just a few minutes before they closed for the week and he was kind enough to have a look at the document for us. He called us back a while later from his car to go over the agreement. He warned us about some unorthodox details in the document and in the end nothing came out of that offer. A few days later we had found a different property we wanted to make an offer on and decided to use Michael instead of our previous agent. Michael was very helpful in finding a suitable number for us to offer, dealing with the sellers, and organizing the inspection. He was always available to answer any questions we had and made the whole process incredibly smooth. We ended up closing in about 15 or so days! During one of the visits to the soon-to-be-our property we noticed that we would have had a fairly nice view from the front of the building, if only the neighbor's big and almost dead tree wasn't there. Michael joked about trying to get them to cut it down, but it wasn't a big deal for us. Once the buying process was done and we moved in, the neighbor's tree was gone. I still don't know if Michael had anything to do with it, but it was a nice surprise.
