  Michael made the buying a house process so easy. We have used him for a refinance and to purchase a rental and both times the process was quick and easy. He is very organized and knowledgeable. He is always quick to respond to every email, call or text I don’t think I ever had to wait more than an hour for a response (even when he was on vacation). I will most definitely be using Michael Girard for any future loans and would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking to purchase if you’re looking for a stress free, time efficient purchase. Everything is done remotely and at the very end when it comes time to sign documents he had a notary just come to our house, doesn’t get any easier than that!

  Highly recommend Mike! Mike helped make our refinance process so easy and quick. Mike is very knowledgeable, has great communication and easy to work with. I had 3 other local institutes give me quotes and they're paperwork, communication and process took forever and all their rates were higher. If you want a good rate and smooth easy process please consider Mike.
