      Throughout this process, I have said, I am either going to be sharing glowing reviews of Michael Ross or it's all a sham. Turns out, I am sharing glowing reviews! We started our refi process by shopping...a lot! I talked to lots of different agencies. The ones you hear about 70 times a day on the radio, the ones who send me a piece of paper promising something amazing only to actually offer me something so-so, and even our current mortgage broker who seemed very eager to help us in the beginning but ended up lumping in with the other 4 second place options. When I first chatted with Michael, he offered a rate and payment that immediately put him on top. So much so that, as I called more people in my shopping process, they would even say, "If he's actually offering you that, you should take it right now." This is when I started to wonder if it was too good to be true. It wasn't. We closed yesterday. We're saving over $500/month. Working with Michael, Kelley and Alyssa was a very pleasant experience. They were VERY fast to respond every time I had a question (and I had a lot). I suspect we won't need to refinance again. But, next time we do, or next time we buy a house, I am going to Michael first.
