  I met Michelle in an open house where she was waiting for her customer and I was randomly looking for chance of buying a good house. Michelle gave me a very good impression: professional and warmness. She made a very professional estimation to the final closing price of the house. We get to contact later on, and she help me tried the 1st offer in Fremont to go thru the entire process and warmly answer my question. I would say, the process of buying a house in U.S. is quite different with that in China. Finally, we found a good house and Michelle baby sit the process: to prepare the power of Attorney, the process of Loan, and insurance etc. I am in the new house now, and I am very happy to work with Michelle!

  Michelle is just awesome! Even with all of the inconveniences due to the COVID-19 virus she did a refi for us on a rental property that wasn't simple. She stick to her word every step of the way. She use a first class title company, escrow and Notary. Everything went exactly as we were promised in our initial conversation. That doesn't always happen. If you're doing a real estate purchase or doing a refinance, definitely talk to Michelle before making your final decision. Thank you to the whole team !!! Everyone we encountered along the way I was professional, polite, and knew their business. Thank you !

  Michelle helped me lock the lowest rate that day, and closed the loan ahead of time, which are the two biggest things buyers would care about! During the process, Michelle is very responsive, professional, and trustworthy. She also paid the effort to move things forward effectively, which I really appreciate.
