This is the second home we are financing with Guidance Residential. And the experience has been excellent, yet again. We worked with Hany Ibrahim, who helped us through out the whole process of pre-approval, working with the seller's agent & title company and then finally closing. Hany was always reachable, no matter what day of the week or time of the day, was always prompt, responsive and super helpful. Firstly, I would highly recommend Guidance Residential for all Islamic financing needs, and secondly, would highly recommend Hany Ibrahim as the account executive in California. No brainer !
