      I have worked with Michelle Sink at PrimeLending in Manhattan, KS with two different home-buying experiences (in Wamego and Junction City). Michelle is a rockstar at what she does! The lending/financial part of purchasing a home is something I know very little about and Michelle made this process comfortable and pain free!       Michelle was the most amazing person to work with through the process of buying our home from a family member. She answered all of our questions, got us the best possible interest rate, and made it to where we didn’t even need a realtor. She set up our appraisal and helped us parcel land. She even watched our daughter while we signed closing documents. Even after we closed on our house, she has been consistently available to answer questions about payments and taxes. We absolutely loved her and recommend her to anyone needing a home loan!
