  We recently used Michelle Wood and her team at Fairway Mortgage for our new home purchase. It was an amazing experience. Everything went very smooth. We applied for a loan on Thursday and were preapproved on that Friday evening ( after regular business hours which was extremely helpful). We made an offer that Sunday and closed on the home and moved in within 25 days. I thought with Covid and all of the restrictions would make buying a home challenging. But, Michelle and her team made it a painless process. All of the electronic documents they needed signed were very easy to fill out and submit. There communication was prompt when they needed additional information as to not hold up the process. They have also been very helpful after the closing of the home. As a lot of you are aware when you buy a home you start getting a lot of junk mail and its hard to determine what's real and what's not. See encouraged me to send pictures of the mail and she would let me know which was actually real and which was not. They already had my business and they didn't / don't need to go out of there way to help me but they do and still do. I am grateful for Michelle Wood and Fairway Mortgage! They made the home buying process easy and hassle free. When I go to buy and or sell a home I will be using Fairway Independent Mortgage and Michelle Wood!
