  Thanks to Tim and his team, we were able to purchase the house of our dreams. The communication was incredible. If we had any questions, they were quick to answer. This was my first time buying a house and I had no idea what I was doing. Tim and Will walked us through every step of the way. It made purchasing a house easy. They made sure everything ran smoothly. If I buy another house or have to refinance, Tim and his team is who I’ll choose to work with.

  Tim went above and beyond in making a quick turn Million Dollar+ loan happen for us. He provided easy access to online paperwork and used an excellent portal to transfer documents back and forth. Great way to communicate and stay on top of things. We sold, purchased (and closed both) on the same day...and when our Buyer's funds didn't transfer until AFTER the wiring deadline, Tim and VIP went out of their way on a Friday Evening to make the deal still happen. The Title company for our purchase was astounded. We can't say enough good things about VIP and this entire process. Thank You!! Daniel and Debra Arabia

  HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Excellent customer service - Tim and his staff have so impressed me that I have bought 2 houses and refinanced 2 homes with them because they are so good! Helpful, supportive - walking me through options. This last house was complicated because we had to postpone closing 3 times due to repairs needing to be done. Tim and his staff were incredible - guiding us through it and helping mitigate all the issues. I trust him 100% which is hard to do these days. They do go above and beyond to make it as painless and easy as possible.
