      I called customer service yesterday they told me if I didnā€™t wanna wait in line I could leave my number and they would give me a call back. I did that four times throughout the day yesterday and never received a call back. Michigan first does not care about its customers, their businesses or their families. Do not start doing business with them

      I was going to open an account with this credit union. Wanted get more information since the website specifically says to. Stood around and waited 10 minutes for what looked like the only person working there. Looks like their about to free up and out pops another female employee from nowhere. I ask to get information about opening an account. She immediately goes " okay $10 and a valid ID to open an account". Guess I will keep doing research and find a different bank to go with.
