      Had a terrible experience. They won't give you final closing document until the last minute. Hardly you can review the numbers. Force you to sign with in first 6 payments no refinance with any other lender. If you need to then have to pay them $8000, so you are stuck first 6 - 7 months. Hardly they will answer your phone or email once you submit application.
