Update update update.... So I call the company and the people were very nice and giving me the information to find out why they were on my credit report as a hard inquiry. It was a company that I applied for last month that did the hard inquiry through micro built corporation. So for those of you who have seen this on your credit report does a lot of companies that run through them to pull your credit. This is an update from my last post about this company.

This place is a scam. Call your credit bureau to report them. I have no idea who they are in a totally different state pulling a hard credit without my permission. This is a scam to steal you identity.

Hello Robert Gutierrez, MicroBilt is a Nationwide Specialty Consumer Reporting Agency and an authorized reseller of Equifax, Experian and TransUnion credit reports, to authorized and credentialed business customers, that must have a “permissible purpose” as defined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et. seq. (“FCRA”) to access such information. Therefore, it was not MicroBilt that accessed your consumer file but rather one of our customers.
