The line was to the door and there was only one teller. Many other employees, including a young lady sitting at the door instructing you as to which line to stand in, but only one teller. It took an inordinately long time to make a simple deposit. The teller joked that sometimes it's worse, but it makes her day go by faster. It sure didn't improve my day at all.

Went in to talk about being pre-approved for a loan. The Caucasian woman who directs everyone where to go was not friendly. Felt like we were bothering her. That alone would have made me leave but my husband wanted to stay. Alicia assisted us, she was wonderful. Sucks we weren’t able to do much however, as they only check how much your eligible for if you submit an application.
