6.18.22 All is taken care on RV from initial purchase. 3.30.22Heard from dealer but still waiting on repairs. At this point I am torn on how to review this company. I would have given a 5 based on the way they made me think the warranty was amazing. Now that we have the rv we let them know about a ton of issues the trailer is having but have only heard back from Randy in service regarding the damaged cabinets. We are not clear on how to file claims or to get them to fix a leak it had as well as a few other issues. The Forest River Aspire looked great on paper but is not a unit I would recommend. The quality of our 2014 Springdale was better than the 2022 we just purchased. Serious buyers remorse at this time fornour family.
