      Closed August 2017, on our new home in new Hampshire. I've bought and sold a number homes and worked with different lending institutions. Mid-Island Mortgage is by far the best I've worked with. I got the rate promised and closed on time. Mid-Island was recommened to me by a relative. I'd recommend you give them a try. Closing note, I first tried Rocket Mortguage and wasn't happy at all.
