      Well the hospitality is great in the bank but the debut card honestly doesn't do me any Justice but five stars to the employees of this bank in Davis square I give you guys five stars just for that alone

      aggressively rude when i politely asked for quarters. I'm not interested in being treated like that so i tried to get a clear answer: can i get quarters if i don't have an account? i simply won't go back if the answer is no. and they should just say no cause they gave me the run around and talked about a coin shortage (which is over?) and then a manager came over and instantly started attacking me and then seethed "have a nice day". and they gave me quarters lol. i don't know what to think. but that's not how you should treat ppl, even if they don't have an account.

      So middlesex bank is the bank that novo online business banking goes through. Novo is absolutely horrible. They constantly charge my account twice for debit purchases. Don’t return atm fees which they say is one of their “perks”, and literally have no customer service what so ever.
