  I've been a Middlesex customer for 12 years and this is hands down my favorite branch. A special shout out to Justin ( I think that's his name) and the branch manager who handle my sometimes complicated transactions with grace, ease, AND a smile.

  Please for all that’s holy don’t use this bank. The atm never works. It’s eaten my card and not given it back and has taken deposits and said “error” and say I never deposited anything . Unacceptable. Super unfortunate since the staff is super friendly, but this inconvenience is ridiculous.

  I came to this location to cash in coins. I was direct to this location from another bank because this location has a coin counter. I was greeted by the Community Banking officer Carole Morgan, who proceeded to inform me of their policy. Which is I put the coins in a canvass bag and and wait a few days for the money to post to my account. UNACCEPTABLE, NO MONEY IS LEAVING MY HANDS WITHOUT A RECEIPT, THE BANK SHOULD KNOW THAT THATS A BAD POLICY!!!. Then Carole proceeded to hand me coin wraps so I could count my own money. I had already drove 15 minutes out of my way to do this. It was then suggested that I take my coins to a coun star, which by the way charges about 10%. I did get angry and testy at this point. I decided that I was going to let them count 10 dollars out in various coins to get a 10 dollar bill. Then I was directed to poor Justin who by the way is a great person, with impeccable customer service ability which by the way Carole is very much lacking. I have been a customer of Middlesex savings bank for over a decade, they not making millions off of me be they are in the green. So my suggestion if you need to use this location, seek out Justin for help. Very unhappy about this experience.
