  Marion is absolutely wonderful. I walked into the branch today and she met me in the hall and knew my name and helped me right away. I needed a new debit card because I lost mine. She asked me how I was doing and we began talking like old friends. We even joked about going on a girls trip together to Vegas….just to get away and relax. She had my new debit card right away and I was able to choose my own PIN number. She made my day and she made such a great impression on me that I had to share my wonderful experience with others.

  I 100% agree with the previous review Marion is completely useless for any purpose you may need, in addition I find all the tellers to be gossipy to the point they don’t even care whether you have left the building yet before they are making comments about you…the eye rolling is getting old!!!! Visit Southboro if you want to be treated with decency

  Branch manager Marion is one of the most incompetent, condescending, and rudest people I have ever met in the business world. She is so quick to move you out the door and on to the next customer as she is that incompetent of solving the most simple issues. I recently visited another branch and my issues were taken care of professionally and promptly no red tape. Upper management should take note...
