      Thanks to Leigh for helping me refinance from a variable to a fixed rate mortgage, and getting me the lowest rate available—and just in the nick of time before interest rates started going up! Phew! He advised me well, and he managed to lock in the rate in time and make sure we finalized the mortgage in time.
