      I was a MidFirst account holder for YEARS and recently moved to the broken arrow area. I started going to the MidFirst on 9th st and have never had such a terrible experience before. Cynde is one of the employees there and was so rude to me multiple times. I got to the point where I was driving an extra 30 minutes to a different location so I wouldn’t have to deal with her. I tried to bring in savings bonds and she told me No because it’s too time consuming and she doesn’t want to do that. I ended up switching to Arvest bank and have never had a problem there. I will never recommend MidFirst to any friends or family members.
