      We have been banking with MidFirst since 2015. We love the atmosphere at each location and find the staff professional and very knowledgeable!

      Perhaps I'm not familiar with small banks, but they need more staff or have staff cross-trained so when one person is out or has a lot on their plate, someone else can do the work that needs to get done for their customers. Wanted to try out Midfirst, but will have to move my accounts to a larger bank soon.

      One person in this branch that can open an account or enter info to run a new card. Really? Yet all the bank tellers sit around waiting for someone to walk in the door. Literally takes 2 of them to deposit my check but none are skilled to get me a new card. Customer service has gone down since I opened an account years ago. Not convenient even when scheduling just for a replacement card.
