Pretty good. The personnel is extremely friendly and efficient - the place itself is tiny but it's exactly what you want - it gets things done. Only inconvenient, and it's related to MidFirst, not to this shop, I did not see any MidFirst cashmachines as I traveled outside of the State. I also love to being able to simply call on the phone and to be connected with them pretty quickly, in spite of what some reviews seem to say over here. I absolutely recommend.

Good luck getting someone on the phone. Called twice and got put on hold by the computer. Was calling to schedule a appt to open a account but ill pass.
