This bank is the best bank in world!!! We’ve bank with Bank of America and Chase and there is no comparison… All the employees are super nice and Sherri and Nicolina are the best people I’ve ever worked with at a bank they always call you back no matter what time it is and when you’re in the bank they’re so so great to work with! Lake pleasant parkway i wish I could give more than 5 stars thank you Terry Hadley

I joined this bank for free atm services since I live where there are few banks and arms close by. They now charge for atm services other than Midfirst, which has very few locations. I am also upset because I have 3 accounts for SSD and they keep charging me for a paper statement $3 for each account even though I have gone online at least 10 times and tried to stop the paper statements. I have even gone into the bank to fix it and they assured me it would stop. But every month my account ends up overdrawn for the statement again and thus has gone on for 12 or more months now. That is a total of $9 per month for something that they should not be taking to begin with. If asked I would tell anyone that they should not use Midfirst Bank and avoid it if possible. I am not usually a person who complains about services from any business but I am completely disappointed in this banks services.
