Great for a family and management and maintenance are prompt to respond. Have been a resident for 5 years and it has been great being located by our kids school and by alot of stores.

We moved here in Oct 2012. Management goes above and beyond for their tenants. The only thing you must do is pay your rent AND adhere to the rules. Jen in the front office is wonderful! I am going in my 7th year here and I am blessed. It's a safe area where you can take a walk. Those who speak negative about these apartments are most likely those who did not pay rent or adhere to the rules. Cathy A.

I have lived at Lakepleasant Apts for 15 years, my manager has been here 15 or more years she is a straightforward manager best of all she listens and gives honest feedback good or bad . This is a great peaceful place to live.
