      Brian was an absolute jerk. We were given info about a variation of a loan we may want to consider. We told him about this. Although the info was incorrect, he was so extremely unprofessional and rude about letting us know. He scoffed at us. A true salesperson would find any bit of truth and try to see what they could do. Instead, he clearly felt superior and the need to justify that. Additionally, he asked twice for a family member’s name so he could look at their loan. Yes, the info I provided was based off a MidFlorida loan that my family member has. He was adamant about proving he was right so he kept asking for my family’s info. No, I’m not going to give you their name so you can look up their info. That seems like an invasion of privacy on the part of MidFlorida. His primary concern was being right and not on helping two young homebuyers. We left within two minutes of speaking to him. His vibe and spirit were so ugly.
