      I really feel that their customer service skills are quite lacking. The teller at the drive up with the dark curly hair is less than friendly and acted annoyed when I dropped off my mortgage payment. I'm sorry that I'm trying to give you money, however it's required or I lose my home. Secondly be excited you have a job, there are others who would love to be in your place.

      So I have been coming here for about 2 years to cash checks because my job doesnt allow direct deposit and so I came in the morning to try to beat some inclement weather and it turns out I have to wait a extra half hour to give them a check and a driver's license so they can give me my money, even though I deal with the same associates every time and the drive through is open. Oh and the best part if I open an account turns out I have to pay for that account because I dont have the option of direct deposit at my job
