      Will never in my life get a mortgage loan with Midland states bank ever again after the experience I’ve had with two incompetent individuals in THIS location. Clearly people here don’t earn their titles as supervisors because they’ve earned it. They get it by “knowing someone.”

      Pretty disappointed with Mike at Midland and the mortgage. He quoted me the same closing date as another lender along with being over 1k cheaper. Closing happend multiple days later and the cost was double what he said he could do. He blamed it on the title company and builder and they of course blamed it on him. Never got any type of compensation for the mess. Rates were great. Maybe if you start the process with them, could be smoother I guess.
