One of the most positive experience with a title company in Ohio. The staff (the closing coordinator Chelsea Tabb and Escrow Officer Stephanie Carter) was very amazing with their communication which is hard to come by in this industry. From Freedom Notary Service of CO.

I have waited almost five months for my deed from this company and their excuse to me for the long wait is ........."the other party continues to say we made mistakes on the paper work and they will not accept it".........how is this my problem???? My problem is I need to sell this property and Midland title company doesn't understand how to fill out the paperwork properly. Isn't that what they are hired To do???? I'm lost, Applaud, and confused how they are in charge of any title or deed to any property. I'll never use them again, I'm letting them know I wrote this review and we are this time are still not settled. Terrible service.....never even got a phone call that there was a problem. To me not trust worthy at all!!!!! I will also tell everyone I know to not use this company. There are others in our area that are much better.
