      If I could give them no stars I would. They offered us a policy that was supposed to be cancelled over a year ago. They kept Charging our account til this day we haven’t been refunded. No call back they just say they processed the refund and nothing. They are the worst. It’s over $1000 that they owe us.

      The receptionist is so rude! Been on hold for 21 minutes, and I hung up to call back to hear her say “we are on lunch from 11:45-2pm, I will put you back in que”…. And nobody works during that time? Rude!!!!
