They are fine. But do not allow online payments. It's crazy how they are the only bank that seems to not allow this. I received a statement on the 25th of the month and the payment is due the 1st, but no online pay is allowed so my check with my handwritten envelope (because they don't include and envelope either) is finally going out now and the payment is late. Get with the times.
