  I highly recommend Mike West! He guided us through the entire process with personalized videos and charts clearly outlining our options. He also recommended an escrow company that was easy to work with. Overall, our home buying experience was a great experience thanks to Mike.   Mike is a great Mortgage Broker. I called Mike when my other lender couldn't perform and he went out of his way to get licensed in my state and took over half way through escrow and got it done! One thing that sets Mike apart from others is his responsiveness. If I called, texted or emailed I had a response within minutes every time, day or night! That's extremely important when things need to happen quickly! I later discovered that he even took care of business while he was on vacation! I didn't even know, he answered every call. Mike treats his clients like family, whenever I called it felt like I was calling a friend not just bank or business. I got a competitive rate and a smooth loan process using Mike. Mike's team also holds just as high of standards as he does. Trisha his Sr Loan Processor was extremely helpful and professional. 5 out of 5 stars! I will be using Mike and recommending him and his team for all future loan needs.
