      I’ve had quite a few insurance carriers in my time, most of them looked at me as if I was just another number. Most of the time the staff were monotone and just “Yes” me to death and never really followed through. Having switched over to the Yates agency was truly a breath of fresh air. When I call in, I actually get someone that enjoys their job. The entire Yates team is a pleasure to work with but the spotlight does fall heavily on one specific member of the team, Ms. Jessica McNaughton.. Right out the gate, Jessica turned the typical repetitive insurance talk into a more personable and direct conversation. She listens, she’s responsive and she really cares about the customer and their need(s). When I need something she’s there, whether I call her, email or even text I’m always getting a response. She’s punctual, outgoing and direct the (No BS) type. There aren’t very many agencies out there with this level of service. To the Yates Agency, I thank you for providing me and my family with such a level of service. I highly recommend the Mike Yates Agency. ⭐️A TRUE FIVE STARS ⭐️

      Buying your first car can be stressful enough, so when I say that Mike and Jessica relieved so much of my anxiety from day one, I mean it. No matter when I need them they always get back to me in a timely manner, AND they explain everything in Laymans terms. I cannot recommend them enough!!!!

      I just started working with Kyle Nyce. He has done everything possible to make the transition from my old insurance to State Farm unimaginably simple. I’ve basically had to do nothing. He does it all.
