I only gave him one because zero wasn't an option. My house burnt while Ron was my agent. Two weeks went by living in my garage with two little kids and no water in November. He never came out. Not once. Did not help me in any way shape or form. I told Ron this personally and I mean it just as much today I WOULD NOT INSURE A BICYCLE THROUGH HIM.

When I went in for a quote the secretary was very nice and personable. The agent was lacking. He said he would call me with a quote verses printing me one like the other agencies had, which was fine. When he called to give me the quote he asked for my credit card information to pay for the insurance. I just wanted the quote not to buy insurance with him. He seemed rather put out that I was not going to pay right away over the phone. It surprises me that people don't understand that I am not just shopping for insurance but the agent too.
