  I scheduled an appointment last week for a consultation. I received a confirmation email the day I scheduled and a second confirmation email today (the day of the appointment). I arrived 15 minutes early for a 2pm meeting. As I was waiting in the lobby, a gentleman came out and told me the person I was meeting with (Wilson Esua) was not in the office and unable to make our meeting. Things happen. I get it. However, its incredibly inconsiderate to give zero notice to your clients…. I took time away from my work and drove to their office just to be told my meeting was cancelled, despite a confirmation email. Update 7/20: Wilson called me today to personally apologize for missing our meeting. A personal matter came up that required him to leave abruptly, and they failed to communicate with me. His phone call was warm and sincere, and I greatly appreciated the gesture. Wish more businesses took ownership of their mistake the way Wilson did today. Kudos to you, sir. I’ve updated my review to 4 stars because of the follow up; however, I do not have first hand experience using their service to comment beyond what’s here.

  Changing CPA to scammers would be more accurate. If I could give them 0 stars I would. It is an absolute living nightmare working with these people. I run my own small business and have never had to hire a CPA so I was unsure how the process and pricing worked. They OVERCHARGE like crazy to do nothing. I paid them $5,000 to file my 2020 and 2021 taxes as well as bookkeeping. They did NONE of that!! I found out they didn’t file my 2020 taxes through the IRS at the end of 2021 because I got fees and penalties even though they told me they filed them. When I asked them why they didn’t file she said she didn’t have an answer for me. I had to constantly call and email them to get answers. The male worker is absolutely clueless and gave me such bad information while the female is horrible, ghosted my emails and phone calls for months. I was fooled by the reviews and didn’t take the bad ones seriously. PLEASE save your time, money and mental health by never hiring them. They stole $5,000 from me to do no work and I had to pay penalties because of their negligence. How this place is still in business and has their license is beyond me

  The staff at Mildred Esua was great. Easy to get in contact with, Very knowledgeable, and Diligent. The main thing I like most is the Honesty. The company is built on honesty and integrity.
