But ever since I started banking at Pinnacle Bank on Green Valley, EVERY SINGLE issue, every question, and every concern is handle expeditiously. Josh and his team have excellent communication and customer service skills that far outweigh any I’ve ever experienced from a bank. They’re like the Chic fil-A of banking, always a pleasure!!       Terrible bank, terrible customer service, extremely slow at depositng funds. They hold your funds for several days before they'll let you spend your money. They illegally hold pending charges for longer than they should in order to charge you over draft fees.
