      I was very happy in the beginning but the process to refinance with the 30 year loan is taking way to long and its beginning to feel like I am being strung along just so I can pay extra money in fees and interest.

      We appreciate the feedback and, while we are offering the 30yr product to help our borrowers with refinancing, we don't actually own that product and have to rely on additional 3rd parties to deliver.       I have worked with MHM on a few deals already. I Just closed on the most recent one late May of 2022 and as always, it was a pleasure to work with them.
