  I was introduced to Bill Clifford in 2018 when he helped me get a reverse mortgage on my condo in West Hollywood. A friend of mine had suggested that I get a reverse mortgage but I did not know much about the loan and was uncertain that if was right for me. When I met with Bill, we discussed the in's and out's of the reverse mortgage and, to compare each loan, he showed me what a regular mortgage would look like for me. When all was said and done, I was and still am confident that I made the right decision. It really did make a huge difference in my financial stability. Since then, I've reached out to Bill with lending questions and he's always responded very quickly, patient and kind. When the opportunity arose to refinance this year, Bill called me and got me into a new loan with a lower interest rate -- and I was able to get some cash out of my equity.   Bill and the Mindful Mortgage Solutions team have been extremely helpful and responsive to all of our questions, as my husband and I were first time home buyers. Even through the difficult waiting period, he was explaining the process thoroughly step by step and also informative to what we should be expecting the rest of the way.
