  I was very surprised at this little tiny Bank on Northern & Stockton Hill Rd. When I went in I was greeted and I told them that I wanted to open up in a bank account. So Ashley went into her office and we opened up an account. She was friendly, confident, and very knowledgeable. I would recommend Mission Bank on the N.end of town. Though they are small they still have all the bells and whistles as any other bank. And I even received a thermal cup with a straw two different lids one for cold drinks one for hot they were very nice I'm glad I went there you will be too.

  Kay Row was extremely rude to me over the phone with some banking questions I had. When I went to complain to someone higher then her, they were at lunch at the time and told me they would get back to me as soon as possible. If you could imagine they must have not cared at all. Never received a call, once I was finally able to get connected the next day after calling again, the person I spoke with let me know kay row had worked there for 20 yrs, as if that makes her actions for being rude toward me justifiable. Horrible HORRIBLE customer service throughout the whole branch. I'll be closing my account with them soon and hoping to find better bankers out there, word around town is wells fargo is a pretty great bank here in town!🙂
